COVID 19

At Sky High Aviation Services S.A., the safety of passengers and our team has always been paramount, so we have taken a series of measures following the onset of the global health situation COVID-19, so that passengers have the confidence to make flights safely, ensuring their health throughout the trip.

We have developed a protocol in all areas from the moment the passenger arrives at the air terminal until they arrive at their final destination.

At the airport:

  • Temperature control of all passengers by traffic personnel.

  • Hand disinfection before any contact with check-in personnel.

  • Physical distancing of passengers.

  • Mandatory use of face masks for passengers during all stages of the trip, from check-in to arrival at destination.

  • Passengers presenting symptoms (fever, cough, sudden loss of smell, difficulty breathing) must present a medical certificate attesting that they are not under the influence of COVID-19.

  • Before boarding, hands and footwear must be disinfected.

In the aircraft:

  • Reinforced disinfection and cleaning of all aircraft at the end of each operation.

  • Our aircrafts are equipped with efficiency air filters.

  • Flight attendants will wear face shields and gloves during all phases of flight.

  • Passengers are not allowed to share magazines, newspapers, pillows and/or other objects inside the cabin.

  • The announcement provided to passengers will have the measures taken by the airline as part of the COVID-19 safety protocol.
